Four Grands Crus among the greatest in Burgundy

The estate's jewels are not in Marsannay but further south, on the most sought after climats of the Côte de Nuits: Chambertin, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot and Echezeaux. These are allocation wines, produced in very small quantities, which we offer by the single bottle within the limits of our allocations.

Why these bottles are rare

A Grand Cru of the Côte de Nuits amounts to a few hectares on a world scale. Chambertin covers around 13 hectares, Clos de Vougeot 50, Echezeaux 37. Split between dozens of owners, that comes to a few hundred bottles per estate and per vintage. This is why we offer only one bottle per reference, with no cases. The Chambertin 2023 was rated 98/100 by Bettane et Desseauve, the Clos de Vougeot 2023 95/100, and the Echezeaux 2023 96/100 by The World of Fine Wine. The ratings appear on each product page.
