The Macallan Edition No. 2 is the second expression in the "Edition" series, the result of a unique collaboration between Bob Dalgarno, Macallan's master distiller, and the Roca brothers, founders of the famous El Celler de Can Roca restaurant (3 Michelin stars).
Together, they selected seven different types of casks to create a deeply aromatic, generous and highly elegant single malt.

Aged in a blend of European and American ex-sherry oak casks, Edition No. 2 highlights the richness of the wood and the complexity of the aging process.
This whisky perfectly blends the sweetness of the fruit, the freshness of citrus fruits and woody spices in a round and balanced texture.

No, our cellar is open to the world! Although we favour French gems, we also select treasures from elsewhere.

Chartreuse is a herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks according to a secret recipe. It is a liqueur , but not all liqueurs are Chartreuse.

Are your products handcrafted or industrially produced?

Our priority is quality. We select passionate producers, often independent, who favour artisanal methods or those respectful of traditional know-how.

Red wines: 16-18°C

Champagnes: 8-10°C
