Deeper than the Morogues cuvée, it expresses all the finesse of the Centre-Loire's limestone soils. Based in Morogues, the Henry Pellé estate is one of the benchmarks of Menetou-Salon. It is farmed organically and its cuvées are vinified with precision and purity.
