Vaillons is renowned for the finesse and precision of its wines, marked by chiselled minerality. An elegant, straight and very expressive Premier Cru.

Serving and storage
Serve it between 11 and 13 °C, in a white wine glass. It is starting to open up and can still develop nicely for five years or more in a good cellar. Store the bottle lying down, in a cool place away from light.

Oysters, sea bass in a salt crust, langoustines, steamed fish or a mature goat's cheese.
