Serving and storage
This 2015 bottle is a mature wine, ready to be opened now. Stand it upright a few hours before serving, then serve between 16 and 17 °C, decanting gently to separate any sediment, without aerating for too long so as to preserve its aromas. Keep it lying down, in a cool place away from light, until opening.
