What is the difference between Domaine Leroy and Maison Leroy?
Maison Leroy, founded in 1868 in Auxey-Duresses, is a négociant house that selects and matures wines. Domaine Leroy, created in 1988, makes wines from its own vineyards, farmed biodynamically.
How should a great Burgundy be stored and served?
Keep the bottle lying down, in a cool cellar at around 12 °C, dark and free of vibration. Great pinot noirs are generally served between 15 and 17 °C, in a wide glass.
