Serving and storage
Serve it at room temperature, between 18 and 20 °C, in a tulip glass, neat and without ice to appreciate its full aromatic range. Store the magnum upright, away from light and temperature swings: unlike wine, a brandy no longer evolves in the bottle.

As a digestif, on its own or with a square of dark chocolate, dried fruit, a walnut dessert or a cigar.
