Serving and storage
Serve it between 16 and 17 °C. Stand the magnum upright 24 hours before opening so that any sediment can settle, then open it an hour before serving. If needed, gentle decanting will separate the sediment, without prolonged aeration. Drink now and over the next few years; until then, store it lying down, in a cool place away from light.
