Bouzeron 2023 is an Aligoté from the Famille Gagey range of Maison Louis Jadot, from the only village appellation in Burgundy entirely devoted to this grape.
In the north of the Côte Chalonnaise, Bouzeron gives Aligotés that are deeper and more complex than average, without losing any of their freshness. A great discovery for the curious.

Tasting notes
- Colour: Pale yellow with green tints

Serving and storage
Serve it between 9 and 11 °C, in a white wine glass. Drink within three to five years of the vintage. Store the bottle lying down, in a cool place away from light.

Burgundy snails, oysters, grilled fish, gougères or a goat's cheese.
