Bollinger champagne, a house from Aÿ

Frequently asked questions about Bollinger

Is Bollinger champagne available in your cellar?

Bollinger is one of the houses our cellar follows, but no bottle is available online at the moment. For a champagne with character, explore Krug, our champagne selection and our limited editions.

What does R.D. mean at Bollinger?

R.D. stands for "Récemment Dégorgé" (recently disgorged). This vintage champagne ages for a very long time on its lees and is disgorged shortly before release, which preserves its freshness and complexity.

How should Bollinger champagne be served?

Its vinous style is best appreciated at around 10 to 12 °C, in a wine glass, and suits the dinner table well. Store bottles lying down, somewhere cool and away from light.
