Created by Charline, Hugo and Antoine, the eighth generation, this second edition blends Pinot Noir, Meunier, Fromenteau (Pinot Gris) and Blanc Vrai (Pinot Blanc) from the 2020 harvest, all from the family plots in Urville. Half of the grapes were vinified and aged in quarter-muids made of oak from the Forêt du Temple, with no added sulphur, then the wine aged three years on laths.
