A copying error in the land register gave it the S that sets it apart today. The cuvée is presented in a bottle reproducing an 18th-century bottle found in the house's cellars, and it is riddled entirely by hand. The hot, sunny 2015 vintage saw a marked drought followed by saving rains in August: it gave rich, expressive and balanced wines with fine ageing potential.
